At C/del Sol, 64 you have a professional ring, speed and heavy bags, focus pads and complete protective equipment. Hours Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 22:30 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. Free parking in the area. In 10 minutes from Sant Boi via C-245 you arrive directly without traffic.

I work in Sant Boi and at first I thought 10 minutes was too much to go to the gym. But the quality of the instructors is unmatched. The 19:00 classes work perfectly for me after work. Yes, several students come regularly from Sant Boi, as well as Gavà, El Prat and other towns in Baix Llobregat. Approximately 30 percent of our students come from outside Viladecans. Some have formed groups to carpool. In the ring we all train together regardless of where we come from.
