Daniel Espin

Daniel Espin is a competitor with an exceptional sports background who started as a national-level gymnast for 8 years before discovering his passion for martial arts in 2017. He holds intermediate and advanced sports degrees, demonstrating his commitment to professional training in the sports field.

With a first dan black belt in Kick Boxing and K1, Daniel has competed in multiple disciplines including kick, k1 and full contact. His most outstanding year was 2019, where he was part of the Catalan national team, was vice-champion of Catalonia in kick light, third in Spain in kick light, WKL tournament champion and Arnold Games vice-champion.

In 2024, Daniel proved he is still in top form by becoming Catalonia Champion. In addition to his career as a competitor, Daniel brings a unique perspective to the sport as a national FEKM referee for 7 years, which has given him deep knowledge of the rules and competition at all levels.
