You don't need any previous experience for K1 Competition classes at Ryutai. Our Team Calderón instructors adapt training to your level from day one, teaching you from basic fundamentals to advanced techniques progressively and safely. We all start from zero.

For your first K1 class you only need comfortable sports clothes (t-shirt, shorts or leggings), water bottle and desire to learn. We provide basic equipment for you to try. If you decide to continue, we'll advise you on necessary personal equipment.

To see consistent results in K1 we recommend training 2-3 times per week. Our flexible schedules allow you to combine days according to your availability. Consistency in training is what matters.
