Ryutai II at C/del Sol, 64 is our specialized MMA facility. You have 150 square meters of certified mat, octagonal cage for specific MMA training, bags of different weights, speed bags, Thai shields, and all necessary protective equipment. The facilities are designed exclusively for mixed martial arts. We don't improvise MMA classes in a corner of a general gym. Every element of the space is designed for training striking, clinch, takedowns, and ground work safely and effectively. From El Prat you arrive in 15 minutes via C-245 and C-31 toward Viladecans. Free parking in the area. Hours Monday to Friday 17:00 to 22:30 and Saturdays 10:00 to 14:00.
